Charleston’s Restaurant and The Pink Diamond Martini

All Martini Lovers, if you are looking for an excellent martini with a purpose, head to Charleston’s Restaurants. During October, for every Pink Diamond Martini you order, Charleston’s Restaurant will donate to the Susan G. Komen organization. A Pink Diamond Martini is vodka, schnapps, cranberry, and lemon juice, shaken not stirred. The drink is then poured into sugar-rimmed martini glasses garnished with a bright yellow lemon twist. This drink is gorgeous to behold, tasty to drink, and a portion of the money you paid goes for a good cause; it seems like a definite win-win.

The bar at Charleston’s on Memorial, in OKC, is rectangular, very roomy for physical distancing, yet lends itself to having a fun conversation with those around you, and it works for a romantic evening out.

When you are craving a prime rib, Charleston’s is the place to go. Your meal will begin with a Pink Diamond Martini, followed by a cold fresh salad. The salad comes with a buttery croissant. If you have never had a Charleston’s croissant before, treat yourself, your tastebuds will be glad you did. If you are a blue cheese dressing lover, they have the right blend. The Prime Rib is juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It is a beef eaters delight.

Some other outstanding dishes include their shrimp cargot that is soaked in an herb garlic butter and complemented with melted Havarti cheese. Their flatbread pizza is another tasty treat. Your mouth will be happy with the blending of basil pesto, mozzarella, parmesan, tomato, Italian sausage, all topped with fresh basil.

On these fall nights, nothing is better than a loaded baked potato from Charleston’s. If you have room, their key lime pie is a delicious way to end your evening.

There are several locations of Charleston’s. However, the one this review is written about is at 5608 W. Memorial Road, OKC, OK. 73142.
