Thank you to our friends Dave and Margo Kropp for introducing us to Neighborhood Provisions. This new restaurant overlooks Rose Creek Country Club Golf Course. It is the opus of fine dining with spectacular views. Best of all, it is open to the public. Making reservations is highly recommended.

Every seasonal dish and cocktail are made-from-scratch. Chef Jim Camp is the brilliance behind the presentation of your meal to each satisfying bite.

Neighborhood Provisions is open for lunch, dinner, brunch, and a social hour. There is a wide variety of foods on the menu to please even the pickiest of eaters. The restaurant is open from Wednesday – Sunday.

I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp Salad. I can taste it now as I write about how fantastic the combination of the greens and the surprises in the salad combined for an impressive palate-pleaser. The unexpected additions are wasabi beans and edamame. The shrimp was top quality, and I can’t wait to have this wonderful meal again.

Neil ordered the fish and chips. Sometimes you want comfort food. The beer-battered cod and the sea-salt pub fries fills that craving to a T.

Margo and Dave said their dishes were delectable also. However, we were all awed by Margo’s dessert. It even had the image of a fork and spoon in a sugary and cocoa powder imprinted on her plate.

Try Neighborhood Provisions soon. The word provision means the act of providing, and this restaurant lives up to the meaning of the word. Neighborhood Provisions has knocked it out of the park with its food, service, patio, and scenery.
