Gets a Medicare Jet-Setters Groovy Review

Sometimes a girl just has to have some grape leaves. I crave good grape leaves like some people crave chocolate. I am lucky because Shawarma & Co. is across the street from where I work. This outstanding Mediterranean restaurant is located at 14600 N. Pennsylvania Ave., OKC, OK.

With my mouth watering and hoping I would not be disappointed, I walked in Shawarma & Co., hoping to find grape leaves that would send my taste buds into the happy dance. I was not disappointed. My eyes must have lit up with pure joy at my first bite because the man that served me smiled and asked, “Good?”

I also love that when I entered Shawarma & Co. I could tell they were genuinely glad to have my business. I felt more like a guest than a customer.

Brothers Mohammed and Odai dreamed of bringing Mediterranean Street Food to OKC. I am glad they acted on their dream and made it a reality. Their dishes are authentic, fresh, flavorful, and healthy.

I will be back for the best grape leaves I have had in years, and next time I will try their hummus and Philly Steak Shawarma.

Someday I will make it to Greece. Greece has been on my bucket list for a very long time. I know when I go, I will compare all grape leaves I eat to the delicious ones I enjoy at Shawarma & Co. I am betting I won’t find a better one than the grape leaves made with love at Shawarma & Co. in OKC.
