The Drum Room

Gets a Medicare Jet-Setters Groovy Review

The Drum Room is a happening hip, lively place. However, on a Monday after work, it is Medicare Jet-Setter friendly. It is still hip, but not wall-to-wall packed on a Monday.

The décor takes you back to the sixties. Psychedelic colors surround you, from the brightly painted walls to the primary colors of yellow, blue, and red stripes accenting the bar stools' backs. When you look up at the lights, they are colorful drum casings hanging from the ceiling attached to chains with bulbs in them.

The Drum Room prides itself on comfort food, and a bar meant to soothe the soul. If you are a fried chicken connoisseur, the Drum Room does not disappoint. Their chicken is fresh, not frozen, and made to order. If you want a healthy option, you can get a fresh salad made with grilled chicken.

When you need a shot in the arm of feeling like you are back in the sixties, are craving some comfort food, and yearn to have your hippie soul soothed, make a visit to the Drum Room.

The Drum Room is located at 4309 N Western Ave, Oklahoma City.
